What happens when you press the power button,does it start from the beginning? How old is your computer? And could you fill in your system specsKeyboard or mouse dont wake it because its OFF. Like its not running anymore its not asleep.

When in hibernation the computer wont start by moving the mouse or using keyboard but needs the power button pressed. This will then power your computer back up and reopen the state it was left in.

Not boot up my computer ( where windows pops up and i gotta put in my pw ) cause that is what happened.
