Hey all, I have been asked if it is safe to set outlook to automatically download pictures in an HTML email format, so the email can be viewed. Now the email in question that is currently showing up with a bunch of white boxes with red xs is a safe email to view. My concern is if we set outlook to automatically download pictures does that open the door for bad emails to automatically download pictures and infect the user's PC even if the email is only viewed in the reading pane.
